I've been asked this quite a lot just lately, and my response is that everyone is different so my nutrition may not look like how your optimum nutrition should look.

I like to train. I do strength exercises and I'm currently performing most cardio at a low heart rate, therefore you may need to adapt your macros to what suits your particular training schedule or goals best.
I have helped lots of different kind of folk now to refine their personal and bio-individual nutrition and focus more on a nutrient dense style plan. Whether training or not, eliminating processed food to include real food and adding in plenty of animal produce feature regularly.
