Steak, Liver, Heart and Cheese Meatballs in Tomato Sauce šŖš¼
1kg Steak mince (including 150g minced liver and 150g minced heart). Make it yourself or ask your butcher to make it up for you!
Add mince to a mixer with some dried herbs, 150g of grated cheese and two eggs. Once combined make into balls.
For the sauce - Fry chopped onion, garlic and red pepper in butter, add one tin of organic chopped tomatoes a dash of double cream and simmer. Pop in a blender if you prefer it to be a smoother consistency & add water if required.
Fry the meatballs and then once almost cooked through, add them to the sauce & finish off cooking in the simmering sauce.
Serve topped with parmesan šš
