A stack of pancakes (to share!)
Whisk together until smooth, 5 large eggs, 2 tablespoons of ground almonds and 150g of soft cheese.
Make 10-12 small thin pancakes in a hot pan with a little butter. Serve with a dash of raw honey, nuts, berries and natural greek yoghurt š„
Add a scoop of pure unflavoured whey protein powder for extra umph šŖš¼
