Homemade Pork Scratchings/Crackling.

Find a nice organic piece of pig skin.

Ā Slice in to finger sized strips.

Ā Place on to a baking tray.

Ā Bake for 20-30mins around 200degress.

Ā You'll know they're done when they are popping and look bubbly.

Ā Leave to cool and sprinkle with salt n pepper.

Ā Remember to save the fat for roasting you're veg in (makes them tasty šŸ˜‹).

Ā Try not to eat it all at once, save some for snacking šŸ’ŖšŸ¼
