Nutrient Dense Garlic Bread Anyone?
Works as a side to a home made lamb or chicken curry or good on its own if you don't like sharing šš
Get your oven on to 180ā°c, prepare a tray with baking paper (pizza tray with holes in works best, but any will do).
In a bowl mix together 200g of shredded mozzarella, 50g of parmesan, 2 eggs and a generous amount of garlic powder and some Italian herb seasoning.
Ensure all the cheese is coated and then spread evenly (not too thick, nor too thin) onto your tray, pop in the oven for around 15mins or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly, then cut into pieces or get your knife & fork ready to eat šš
