A super nutritious warming drink as the cold winter nights draw in ☕
Slowly warm 500ml of your whole/raw milk in a pan stirring regularly (ger it hot, but don't over heat).
Add this to a blender with:
A tablespoon of raw cacao powder.
A teaspoon of raw local honey.
25g of unflavoured pure whey powder.
10g of butter.
A few drops of vanilla essence.
Blend, pour and enjoy - makes two adult size mugs 💪
