Use a mincer, to mince together 650g of 20% fat beef mince with 175g of liver and 175g of heart. Or ask your butcher to do it for you 😁

Add onions, garlic, chopped tomatoes and fry in a pan or pre-plan and put it in the slow cooker for later.

Bake edam cheese slices on baking paper for approx 10mins, then let cool.

Whisk together 200g double cream, 80g grated chedder and 120g soft cheese, for cream sauce.

Make lasagne using layers of meat, cheese slices, sauce, meat, cheese slices, sauce. Top with some red leicester and bake for 15-20minĀ 

until golden brown.

(Option to add more vegetables to your mince if you like and can be made with less cheese by only having three layers instead of six).
