Easy and Nutrient Dense š
Chicken liver/hearts wrapped in bacon. (My style of 'pig in blankets' for your Xmas Dinner)
Cut liver or heart into small equal pieces, wrap in bacon, use a cocktail stick to keep together and then cook under the grill or in a hot oven for 12-16 minutes, remember to turn over halfway through to get both sides. šŖš¼
Serve with a fresh salad, part of a main meal or great to have as a snack as well š„š„
