BOOSTED SCRAMBLED EGGS š³
Eggs are an amazing nutritious food, full of essential proteins, fats and nutrients.
Needless to say they are to be enjoyed regularly, whether scrambled, fried, boiled, poached or as an omelette.
Here is my latest recipe:
⢠6 eggs
⢠Splash of double cream
⢠2 slices of corned beef (ripped into small pieces),Ā
⢠A handful of grated parmesan cheese
⢠Butter for the pan
⢠Italain herbs or Pluck for garnish
Whisk together the eggs, corned beef pieces, parmesan and cream in a jug or bowl, then once combined, pour into a warm buttered pan. Great as an omelette or scrambled together eggs šŖš¼
Feel free to mix it up, instead of corned beef, there are plenty of options......
⢠Mackerel, tuna, sardines or smoked salmon
⢠Leftover cooked beef, chicken or pork
⢠Chopped up sausages
⢠Pepperoni, salami or prosciutto ham
⢠Liver patè
