Bacon covered Fish š„š
4 fillets of your chosen white fish (smoked haddock is great) 8-10 rashers of smoked streaky bacon.
Lay out the bacon onto a lined baking tray, overlapping each slice. Place the fillets of fish on top ready to be covered with the bacon.
Add a 2-3 slices of butter on top of the fish and garnish with salt, pepper and herbs of choice, wrap up the fish and use baking twine to hold the whole thing together. Pop into a hot oven ~200ā° for 20-30mins
Cut off twine āļø
Slice up the meat, cut it in half or get a knife and fork & enjoy as much of it as you like šŖš¼
